SEBC Mission Statement
The Southeast Beekeeping Club exists to promote beekeeping education, resources, and fellowship for beekeepers. Each month we gather near Parker, Colorado to share our experiences and support each other as beekeepers.
Our on-going goals are:
- To champion the wellbeing of honey bees
- Assist beekeepers petition local municipalities, counties, and cities to pass reasonable legislation regarding apiculture
- Support new beekeepers and community interest through outreach at our monthly meetings and other public events
- Define and demonstrate BMPs (Best Management Practices) for the Colorado prairie
